Going on to Sketch 25

It's such a nice day to start the week. We're almost in the month of August so we should enjoy the best days of summer!

We are once again being sponsored by Odd Bird Planet. A great company that offers not only mounted and unmounted stamps but also monthly kits.

A big thank you to our sponsor Odd Bird Planet for their generosity. The team had privilege of playing with their Fairy Tale Kit.

One lucky winner will receive the following supplies from Odd Bird Planet:

*3 sheets of 8.5x11 white Bazzill cardstock
* 1 sheet of 8.5x11 color or pattern cardstock
* 6 sheets of 6x6 paper (some pattern paper, some cardstock)
* 1 paper flower bunch
* 1 approx 4x6 piece of fabric (either suede, velvet, or linen texture)
* 1 wooden spool
* 1 apple shape die cut
* 1 apple shape post-it note
* 1 painted wooden goose (note: some kits have another unpainted wooden shape or a chipboard shape instead)
* 6 pearl finish buttons
* 1 yard gold cord
* 2 12" lengths of vintage lace or ribbon
* 6 inches of faux pearls
* 1 section of vintage pattern tissue paper
* 6 tiny speckled eggs
* 1 gold color heart charm
* 1 vintage hand-made fabric yo-yo
* 2 unpainted wooden goose shapes
* 1 color cardstock sheet of fairytale themed clip art
* 1 2.5x4 sheet of unmounted rubber stamp set: Fairytale collection
Our sketch today doesn't seem as complicated as it look.

Today, we're so excited to feature our card winner last week. Please join us in congratulating:

Here's a little info about Karen:

I live in Southern California along with my husband and two
wonderful teens. Card-making and scrapbooking are two of
my passions, and I love to create & share with others!!

You can click on Karen's name above to go to her blog. Here's Karen's wonderful take on the sketch and how she transformed and rocked it. We're a big fan of her hand stitch. Her interpretation of the vine, the dimension and layers on her card is truly adorable.

And here's the sketch for this week:

Scroll down below and you'll see that it's not as complicated as it looks! Look how the rest of the team interpreted it.
