Paper Dreams
Getting to know Marilyn:
As a mother of two college-aged daughters, a wife and a career gal working in the field of healthcare quality, I treasure my creative time. We make our home in the suburbs of St. Louis , Missouri where I spend many evenings in my studio making cards and scrapbooking. I started stamping five years ago & began my blog almost two years ago so I could participate in challenges. I have been so fortunate to have met so many wonderful friends both real and virtual as a result of this craft. I am continually inspired and in awe of the many talented artists. I’m honored to be a guest designer this week on Card Patterns Sketch challenge.
My name is Irina, I am from Russia. I am a wife and a mother with 12 years old daughter. I work in a small newspaper as a photo-correspondent. I have been doing card-making for a year already and find it very interesting. I like different styles, most of all - vintage, and I like using distress ink, laces and flowers in my works.
Please click our Guest Designers name to visit their blogs for further inspiration and leave them some love.
Here are the team's interpretation of the sketch. See how some of the team flipped the pattern or the sketch itself ?
We are also joined by two (2) Designers from Prickley Pear (Tesa and Jennifer).
