Sketch 115

Happy Saturday, CP friends. Are you ready for a new sketch to jump start your weekend crafting? I have a round card sketch for you today that includes those trendy banners. As you can see from the DT's samples, you're not limited to round cards using this sketch.

My name is Lisa Hjulberg and I'm the owner of the brand new store, The Craft's Meow. Opening this store is a dream come true for me... I'm following Henry David Thoreau's advice to Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined. I've imagined this for a very long time! We offer an array of stamps and paper crafting kits with coordinating bits and bobs that will make your paper crafting easier and more fun! We will also offer from time to time limited edition grab bags where everything old becomes new again!

You can follow us on The Craft's Meow's blog for inspiration and upcoming events. Become a fan on our The Craft's Meow Facebook page. Join us tomorrow on The Craft's Meow's blog for the release hop featuring the new Little Frieda stamps.

For our Card Patterns participants, The Craft's Meow is giving away two brand new stamp sets to one randomly picked winner! What's up for grabs (photos will be posted on Sunday when these stamps will be officially released)

I live in a small village in the south-west of Ireland with my partner Niall and our beautiful three year old daughter Isabelle. I've always been creative in some form or another, I have a passion for painting and I've tried lots of different crafts over the years. I studied graphic design at art college. I only discovered stamping after the birth of my daughter when I had little time for any painting but longed to be creative. Card making was the perfect answer for me as it satisfied all my creative needs. I love that I'm creating something different all the time. I design regularly for Cardmaking and Papercraft Magazine in the UK. My other passion in life is gardening, I love flowers (you might have guessed it from my cards!) and we're lucky to have a large garden that I can fill with flowers and a few veggies too! A big thank you to Card Patterns for having me as a Guest Designer, it's a real honor!

Check out Clare's blog for more beautiful inspirations. Here is her card for Sketch 115. It just speaks to my heart with the doilies, ribbons and buttons. It's just pure loveliness!
Two The Craft's Meow's DT members are joining us this week. We all used the new Little Frieda stamps:
