Sketch 125

Hope you're enjoying this beautiful summer. Here's a new very simple sketch, something you can whip up in 5 minutes or less!  Can't wait to see what you guys come up with it.

We have an exciting new sponsor lined up for you this week!

Yes...Sparkle is her real name.  She has been crafting since she was a child, but seriously started crafting when she was 16.  Sparkle started as a scrapbooker, though over the years she has turned into a cardmaker.  Brent (Sparkle's husband) and Sparkle opened SparkleCreations Rubber Stamps in July 2010, and they are selling cute and whimsical rubber stamps of little boy and girl images.  Aki, their wonderful artist, has done a great job at making their characters come alive and have their own personalities.

Just for Card Patterns' participants, Sparkle Creations will be giving away the rubber stamps below to 1 lucky randomly picked winner!

And we're also joined by 2 of Sparkle Creation's DT member:

We are tickled pink to introduce to you our Guest Designer this week. Please join us and give a warm welcome to:

Getting to know Amy:

Hello, my name is Amy Crockett and I am a stay-at-home mommy to three very active and adorable young children who enjoy crafting right along side me.  I have always had a passion for arts and crafts that was nurtured from a very young age by my grandmother, who was always doing something crafty.  I was introduced into the world of paper crafting about 8 years ago and I have been hooked ever since.  I just love working with sketches and really love the style of the Card Patterns sketches.  I also love to cook and bake (I am always trying out new and exciting recipes), as well as reading, family history research, camping, hiking, and fishing.
You can see more of my work on my blog: Scrapping Mommy

And here's Amy's beautiful take on the sketch:

And here are the team's wonderful and unique take on this basic and simple sketch.
