Sketch 50

Wow, the week flew by fast! Michelle here bringing you this week our 50th sketch which is being sponsored by Inktegrity Stamp owned by wonderful Joni Wilson.

Hello fellow crafters! My name is Joni Wilson and I am the owner of Inktegrity. As a mother of 6, I wanted to create images that every age could enjoy working with. This past summer I debuted my line of digital images and have enjoyed every minute of it.
I am inspired by personal experiences, suggestions from friends, and the everyday goodness in life. Please visit our blog at Inktegrity.blogspot.com for wonderful ideas and inspiration.
I am so happy to sponsor this fun site, thank you to this wonderful team for letting me be a part of Card Patterns!

Just for you lovely Card Patterns' participants, Jodi will be giving away....

We're also featuring a talented Guest Designer from Colorado, United States. Click on her name or her photo to visit her blog - she's sharing some great techniques you may want to try.
Please welcome

Christi Milliken
(Stamp Monkey)

Getting to know Christi:
Hi! I'm Christi Milliken {aka "stampmonkey"}, and I'm sooo excited and honored to have been invited to play along with the talented ladies at Card Patterns this week! I love to use sketches as my jumping-off point when making cards, and Card Patterns has some of the best! When I'm not making cards, you can usually find me busy at home with my family...well, half of it. ;) My {very supportive} husband and I have a Brady Bunch family of sorts --six kids...three boys and three girls...in our 'his, hers, and ours' family. The older four college-age kids are all still in California, and the rest of us now call Colorado our home, where I'm blessed to be able to home school "our" two. Growing up with a crafty mom, I've been crafting for as long as I can remember; but when I began making cards about eight years ago, most of my other interests were quickly put on the back burner...where they've pretty much remained. I love that I get to enjoy creating something with my hands and then I can give it away to bless someone else. There's so much inspiration to be found online these days {challenge sites and blogs}, there's just not enough hours in a day to do it all...but that doesn't stop me from trying! ;)

Tons of possibilities on this sketch. You don't have to stick to circles. Remember, a sketch is just a preliminary idea. It's up to you to elaborate it. Let go of your imagination and make it your own. There is no right or wrong with it. The important thing is to have fun with the process (wink wink).

And here's how our team interpreted the sketch.
